Dale Neumann of Wisconsin prayed for God to heal his 11 year old daughter as she lay dying of treatable undiagnosed diabetes last year in March.
Today he was found guilty of second degree reckless homicide, and may spend the next 25 years in prison.

Today he was found guilty of second degree reckless homicide, and may spend the next 25 years in prison, following his wife who was also convicted earlier this year.
Many Christians use the arguement that follows:
1. Our laws are based on Christian tenants.
2. Therefore this must be a Christian nation and our tenants must be right.
Well, this is just one of many blows to that arguement. It turns out that relying on God alone for medical treatment can get you in a lot of trouble in our legal system.
On a related note, an Archbishop of the Catholic Church recently said that Facebook, e-mails, text messaging, you know basicly the whole scary modern world, is undermining community life, dehumanising and causing higher rates of suicide. I am sure he is just as much an expert on the subject as my grandfather.
